Thats interesting, its ver common around the coastal areas of the sound, but not so much inland. Really interesting, i will have to start doing some research/keying out. i never have payed attention to the species. Got a lot of other mushies to deal with.

This invasive species

Is SUPER common on the other side of the sound (I can’t think of a city park that doesn’t have it) and I have seen one collection from the Kitsap peninsula. 10 years ago this species had never been collected before in North America!

The other possibility would be Leucoagaricus atrodiscus grp. which a quick glance under the scope should make clear.
