Observation 14394: Pluteus Fr.

Specimen available

Found on moss covered log, either live oak or CA bay. The same log as I found the Arrhenia.

This one is kinda neat, with free gills that are pink-brown, most likely a Pluteus. I don’t think I’ve seen one like this before, not sure what it is…

My material was younger, and I dried it. perhaps a name is forthcoming???!
