if you want to ID your corts…

you need to do a couple of things…note habitat, smell them, taste them, cut them in half and look for color changes, and test both cap and stipe with a drop of KOH; then pray that YOUR cort has actually been described somewhere!
I have been well-trained by Dimi…and he has promised to do a cort workshop for BAMS and train the rest of us in the near future.
