The color is too light yellow here maybe, and the veil isn’t flaring and membranous, but fairly fibrous and looks like it is about to blow away… It would be good to at least get a spore size on these, if that is done carefully it can get to sections of Cystoderma. Also good to check if the spores are amyloid. It doesn’t look like C. cinnabarina at least, but given how most of these are just called C. fallax, even that one might be possible…
