the grey-brown colors on both pileus and stipe, contrasting with the pure white gills, as well as the general aspect are all very Melanoleuca-like

But then Alan said Clitocybe, and now you say Tricholoma, so I don’t know what to think haha. I don’t know about Tricholoma because I don’t think they’re anything mycorrhizal. They are in a new garden box under some peppers and egg plants.
