I did save a couple of specimens that are drying right now. I could get more too. I left a good amount at the site. I will send you a specimen of this in the near future.

Any chance you collected these? I would relish the opportunity to microscopically confirm the appropriate name for this observation. G. ventricosus is typically found on conifer.
