Observation 152893: Laccaria Berk. & Broome

This sole Laccaria was found in grass 5 feet away from previous Laccaria collection. Much larger. Stipe about 42mm long, cap 33mm wide, umbonate to conical shaped. Gills: I would call them ruffled and pale buff. Some lilac on edge of cap. Under and well-within the drip line of a Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta).

Found nearly covered in grass, 5 feet away from 1st Laccaria observation today. Note lilac on edge of cap, and ruffled gills.
Ruffled gills appearance.
