From the week before when I was up there, it seemed like a good year for these. Or for some reason people felt like bringing these in, where they usually don’t, but there were a number seen.

There is this black staining Lyophyllum we see up there, and I’m not sure we have a good name for it. From the stuff brought in it seemed like there were two different species found like this.

Someday, someone should look at the Lyophyllum of California…
