because I didn’t propose Clavariadelphus sp… I didn’t vote for C. occidentalis, I just voted not likely on C. pallidoincarnatus.

The note is mostly right, occidentalis can be irregular.

This is C. pallidoincarnatus, from type location.

1. What made you prefer Clavariadelphus occidentalis over C. pallido-incarnatus?
2. Is the Note generally correct about which is the widest portion?
