Observation 162887: Inocybe pusio P. Karst.

Growing in mixed woods.
Caps 2.4 cm across.
Conditions rather wet and cap color more brown as they dried.
Stipe color was pale lilac especially in upper portions.
Odor slightly spermatic.
Spores ~ 8.0-10.0 X 5.0-6.3 microns, ellipsoid to elongate. Q(ave) = 1.58.
Plentiful gill cystidia, variable but mostly langeniform with some narrowly utriform, ~ 50-82 X 11-19 microns. Most with apical crystals.


Spores in KOH @ 1000X.
Cheilocystidia in Congo red + KOH @ 1000X.
Pleurocystidia in Congo red + KOH @ 1000X.
