has there been any sequencing done to separate G. curtisii from G. lucidum?
what are the microscopic differences between the two?
Also, has DNA been done on NA species G. lucidum and compared with the Asian and/or European taxa?
are there any publications i can look at?

i want to say oak, but i am not entirely sure.
