specimens like this one and I always thought them to be Aspicilia. As a rule the spot test are all negative, but I never tried the microscopy.
Since we don´t have here a credible checklist, I cannot reply as Jason did for the case of North America.
I hope you can findout what it is.

… the likely candidates would be:

Buellia spuria
Lecanora oreinoides
Lecidea tessellata

But that certainly doesn’t rule out Aspicilia.

The majority is not on areoles center, could it still be Aspicilia?
