Arthonia atra (=Opegrapha atra) is a quite common and widespread species at this and neighbor locations. It is not very selective on the host, which in this case was a common sugarcane.
Average dimensions of the spores measured: Me = 13.5 × 4 um ; Qe = 3.4 (N=24).
