Hypogymnia. Tuberular thallus with gray-green upper surface, with black undersurface. Notice short bushy growth underneath, which I believe is part of the same lichen.

Recognized by sight: branching pattern is typical for imshaugii/inactiva, I think I see brown inner surface exposed in one place in second photo, but damaged thalli will turn dark where torn open, so ideally one wants to create a fresh tear in an intact part of the thallus to be sure that it really is dark throughout inside, and not just where it’s been damaged
