Caps up to 2 cm high and 3 cm wide—FB up to 5 cm tall. Honey colored in youth with brownish scales that fall off easily. White free gills turning black and liquefying. Hollow white stem. Black spores. In grassy disturbed area with submerged wood. Seems to have some characteristics of Coprinopsis and Coprinellus—any help would be appreciated.
