Observation 167343: Boletaceae Chevall.

Notes:
Single specimen shallow rooted growing in semi open area with soil a mixture of decaying Eucalyptus leaf matter. The spore tubes were easily bruised when pressure was applied to a small area. (see image 73095). The staining bruise was a dark green in colour.
The cap was moist-like to touch but not sticky. Light rain had been falling in the area overnight. May be Boletus. Stipe red and tapering out towards base. Cap light brown in colour and showing an outer ring of lighter colour around the perimeter of the pileus.
