Oak/beech forest with a lot of Poplar around. Hummus like soil right above a stream bed. Directly under a beech, although the trees are pretty mixed back there. I’m thinking it is in the Vaginatae section…some striation along edge of cap. No evidence of any ring, very saccate volva.

Any thoughts on this?
