Yet another Portuguese Hebeloma? I don’t know if any Inocybes get the fringed gills like we see here. Otherwise, I suppose it could be an Inocybe, or a Cortinarius? But my guess is it’s another specimen of H. cistophilum (see 17610). Same collector and same habitat; gills the color of coffee+milk. Cap color is different from that seen in 17610.
