granular-verruculose whitish crust, K- C- KC+ fleeting violet UV+ white strong 350nm, apothecia globose pale pinkish-brownish to grayish-tinged, epihymenium hyaline, hymenium hyaline, hypothecium dark brown in center only K~ yellowish, spores 8 per ascus straight to slightly bent hyaline acicular tapering at one end several-septate but very obscurely ~20-25×2um
