Notes:
First oyster mushrooms I’ve seen in Wyoming since I’ve lived here 8 years now. These were found in summer in 2014 growing on a dying cottonwood tree in Tongue River Canyon west of Dayton, Wyoming. I left them for others to enjoy. Had I known that they were a choice edible mushroom, I would have harvested them!!
