It doesn’t not look like a drying out Psilocybe, though I am unfamiliar with this particular mushroom. The Strophariaceae can sometimes be difficult to place to genus. Stropharia, Pholiota, and Psilocybe are all possibilities, though Psilocybe does look like the best guess.
