I’m not good with subtle odors

They were all sort of “sour” smelling, whatever that means. Not quite normal fungal-scented, but also not recognizable to me.

do you remember the smell? At least in the PNW (a far cry from Chile), over ripe pears/apples indicates T. pinquis. Though come to think of it, that may be the only Thaxterogaster we have… Yours looks to be morphologically similar, if not identical.
