I wish I had obtained more useful reads from the material from San Gabriel, but we didn’t. From the two sequences compared below and new a new sequence it seems even more likely that some of the ambiguities may correspond to SNPs. For example, there is one column for which the nucleotide is reported as A and T and [A or T]. One report from each of the three sequences at hand when I was doing the aiignment.

Blast result suggests “Amanita sp. ‘sangabrielensis’” MT122207 may be conspecific — look at the pairwise comparison (5 of 6 differences are ambiguous)
