isn’t that what the east Asian cultivated species usually is called?

Spore colour for Volvariella will be pink. The gills themselves look a bit pink (which becomes more apparent with age).

I wonder which species of Volvariella the cultivated “Paddy Straw” mushroom is? I couldn’t find a species name associated with that common name.
