These colour varieties grew in two distinct colonies, but only half a meter from each other. Some of the red ones could almost pass as Hygrocybe perplexa..

The colours pictured here are totally distinct from what we call H. psittacina on the West Coast US! And these look larger, and of course the ones I see don’t like grass.
Thanks for posting this, it is very good to have comparisons.
