Notes:
Observed in the duff under madrone, black oak, bay. The pileus is smooth and moist with a slight umbo and is 10.5 cm across. The stipe is 2 cm wide at the apex and curved abruptly, under the duff to run parallel to the ground for at least 2 inches. Stipe same colors as pileus and “striped”. Gills are pale blue and attached.
