Recognized by sight: unusual polypore on barely degraded manzanita wood.

Recognized by sight: Tough to tell a resupinate beginning for this fruiting, but I have seen a few I.lacteus exhibit these kind of development first in MiWestern states. Could be young Irpex lacteus. Great suspended macro Debbie!
