When: 2009-05-03

Collection location: Eastern Ontario, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]

Who: Paul Derbyshire (Twizzler)

No specimen available

Notes:
Cladonia cristatella, up to two other species of Cladonia, and moss, all growing in a crack in a rotten railway tie. You never know what you’ll find in even the smallest and most unassuming microhabitat. Leave no crevice unexamined and no rock unturned!
