Observation 21187: Ductifera Lloyd

When: 2009-05-20

Collection location: New River Gorge National River, Fayette Co., West Virginia, USA [Click for map]

Who: Eddee (eddeeee)

No specimen available

Found growing on the base of what appears to be an Oak that has fallen down. I at first thought it to be Tremella fuciformis But Apparently they are restricted to sub tropical and tropical climates And im in West Virginia. Although it has been somewhat humid here and we did just go through a significant amount of rain.
