Notes:
These hairy little devils are so cool!

Found on lodgepole limb wood.
CUPS about 1 mm wide, attached a single point but not really stipitate
HAIRS straight, white-tipped, brown, granular at 1000x (but not tips), granules not clearing in KOH, regularly septate
PARAPHYSES longer than asci, lance-shaped, hyaline, smooth, non-septate, perfectly straight
SPORES 8 per ascus, fusiform, about 13 × 5 µm, hyaline, smooth, 1-celled
