White polypores on a fallen deciduous log, possibly birch, in an area also containing Black Spruce (Picea mariana), Eastern White Pine (Pinus strobus), Red Maple (Acer rubrum), and possibly aspen or other species.

Appearance is so similar to 21323 ( http://www.mushroomobserver.org/21323 ), including curled-over sides on many fans, that it’s very likely the same species.
