I would call that a carrot like root on the smallest specimens.

The densely placed pyramidal warts on the cap, the staining on the bulb, the rooting bulb, and the broken circle of volva (carried up on the broken skirt-like partial veil) are all things that can be associated with daucipes. I’m inclinded to go for that name in this case.
