Tiny rosettes, growing on limestone among Xanthoria elegans.

PARAPHYSES terminal cell very inflated and bulbous, 1-2 cells below sometimes slightly swollen, terminal cell often with cap of granular K+r pigments
SPORES 8 per ascus, polarilocular, 11-13 × 6.6-7.9 µm, septum 2.1-3.5 µm thick (N=10)
