Found growing on decaying wood.
Fruiting Body: Gelatinous; a mass of leaf-like, flattened lobes that are cinnamon brown to purplish brown; without a stem, but arising from a centralized mass of tissue.
Spore Print: Whitish or pale yellowish.
Microscopic Features: Spores 9-12 × 6-9 µ; broadly elliptical or nearly round; basidia longitudinally walled.
