Found as a solitary mushroom growing on lawn near oak forest edge. Looked like Chlorophyllum molybdates but gills were white and bruised pink.

the two images that are given here do not show enough characters to positively identify this specimen as La. americanus. It looks very slender for that species, and there are several more closely related species described from the southern parts of the USA.
