Notes:
It is rather tough, so doesn’t really seem like a jelly, but microscopy confirms that it is a jelly fungus. Has a row of basidia, then a layer of jelly, and the sterigmata sticks through the layer of jelly to form spores. On hardwood, likely oak. Came into the Santa Cruz Fungus Fair.
