No, only ones are N. cephalota and N. ceruchis

And no way you’re finding ceruchis there. N. cephalota has round branches. N. ceruchis is more angular but still not flattened like this.

No, I’m still thinking either a strange Evernia prunastri or a poorly-developed Ramalina.

Are there any Niebla here it could be?

Suggesting Evernia prunastri. But I agree it looks weird for either.
