yes it was unsupported guess. Only relation that I found – this lichen was really close to H.syncolla – just couple inches apart :)

Doesn’t it? The others (observation 23188 and observation 23240) have such large apothecia with very prominant rims densely packed in the center; these just have little “fish-eyes” scattered all over including the lobe tips. Not that I can suggest a better name…
