suillus luteus. get a picture of the underside, (stalk and pores) so we can tell for sure.
Unfortunately the council cut the grass since this photo was taken.
As this was in an area of close proximity to other confirmed examples I could only conclude it must be a close relative. I will check for any similar reoccurrence on this site. Sorry it’s all I’ve got, but quickly learning what to look for.
