Observation 23629: Marasmius Fr.

When: 2009-07-28

Collection location: Askam-in-Furness, Cumbria, England [Click for map]

Who: Josh Milburn (J Milburn)

No specimen available

Notes:
Not certain which species this is exactly. I’m fairly certain it is either M. epiphyllus or M. rotula, but it doesn’t seem to be exactly either of them. They’re absolutely tiny , and were growing in a small clump near nettles in marshy woodland. I found this clump a few meters away from where I found another clump (those ones actually under the nettles)- I’m uploading them separately on the off-chance they are different species.
