My parents found this growing under their house, there is a nickel included for scale. They would like to have it removed but aren’t sure if it’s dangerous and need professionals to take care of it… please help!

This isn’t poisonous, but it does decay wood. I would suggest just removing the mushroom and clean the area with soap/bleach solution. I’m no expert on home repair or treating wood though.
