Observation 23748: Lactarius Pers.

When: 2009-07-31

Collection location: Forest near Elgin St., Pembroke, Ontario, Canada [Click for map]

Who: Paul Derbyshire (Twizzler)

No specimen available

No idea what this is. Decurrent gills, all parts pinkish, lignicolous??

There were two that I saw, of which I only photographed one, on a moss-covered log (probably pine) in Zone 04.
