I agree that what is shown here looks like our American fulva.

seems wrong for sinicoflava. This species should be greenish/yellowish color, and the volva becomes grayish as it ages.

I think this specimen may represent a species in the A. amerifulva group. But I don’t see any brown staining on the volva, which is a common trait for this type. Also, the volval patch atop the cap is not typical for amerifulva type(s).
