Observation 240831: Agrocybe Fayod

Notes:
Cortinarius (Pers.) Gray, Cortinariaceae, Agaricales.
Cap: 2-3 (?) cm wide, gentle cone-shaped when young, then convex (?); yellowish-brown or dull orange-brown; surface smooth.
Gills: attached and moderately broad, white when young.
Stalk: 5-7 cm long, 1-2cm thick, partially hollow, whitish with cottony powder (somewhat velvety).
Veil: partial veil as a loose paper.
Edibility: no data for this mushroom, odor is pleasant.
Habitat: rare kind (?) in pine-tree forest
Season: May – August (?).
