A small fruiting body with a somewhat viscid cap and a dry, non-sticky stipe (sect. Phlegmacium?).
PV remnants as dark yellow appendiculate material on the cap margin.
Gill are violet-brown.
The color and texture of the stipe are well-documented in the photos.

This collection is in the hands of J. & N. Burghardt. Any additional info will be posted in due course.

that may be field-IDed with confidence. The radial wrinkles on the cap become more prominent with age.
