Locality: 44°19’56.97"N, 68° 3’39.74"W, el. 10 m, Schoodic Point.

Substrate: Growing on a rectangular block of granite containing feldspar (pink), quartz (clear or whitish), and hornblende (black). The boulder is part of a roadside retaining wall overlooking the sea shore. It matches the nearby native granite and was evidently quarried nearby.
