that is what i thought it was…..they seemed to turn pale when it quit raining and the sun came out…..
They are hygrophanous, and the purple color fade in time and moisture levels. They can be quite purple, or they can be just a pale grey, maybe with a hint of pastel purple. There are many people that believe there are a range of species here all getting called M. pura… probably true.
