The smell

should be more aromatic in glaucocana, not like burnt rubber as it is in nuda.

Hard to tell the smell

L.irina smells like the root of Viola if you know that smell. L.glaucocana is a lesser nuda-smell not that sweetish nauseously like nuda, hard to describe too.
Maybe Irene can tell it better?

I thought it smelled like Lepista nuda but how else does it differ? besides color I wonder

You can also compare with Lepista irina also differently smelling.
