These little yellow funnel caps are lately pretty common on old rotting logs. Note the brown spore print on one of the caps.

I think you are right Douglas. These seem to match Michael Kuo’s description pretty well.
See the rusty brown markings on the cap of the mushroom bottom center-left of the first photo. I took that to be a spore print, but similar markings can be seen on Kuo’s image here:
Not sure what it is, but it’s not spores.
Gerronema strombodes seems a good match.
I was just going to say, oh, those look like Gerronema strombodes. But you say brown spores? Are you sure of that one? It would be nice to see a spore print on paper with these, do you think these have brown or pinkish-brown spores?
