It looks something like a young Strobilomyces sp. :
But nothing can be determined without a view of the underside
of the cap.
Isn’t this exactly the same observation as 24835, but with the photos switched?

Stipe with scales

but without observation of the hymenium (gills or pores?) impossible to narrow down further. Could be Armillaria or Leccinum, to name just two of many possibilities.
Neither the cap nor stipe is scaley/warted enough; the base of the stipe too bulbous (24835). Pretty sure this is duplicate observation.
